Committees
Architectural Committee
Spencer Fowers, Shelley Guthrie, Brian Hardy
The purpose of the Architectural Committee is to maintain the original design integrity of Taylor’s Ridge in order to preserve the quality of neighborhood life and our property values. To that end, the Architectural Control Committee must approve any changes to the architecture of homes located within Taylor’s Ridge. If you plan to do any architectural project (painting, roof replacement, addition, etc…) You must first obtain approval from the committee.

Landscaping Committee

The landscaping committee is in charge of the common spaces in Taylor’s Ridge. This includes the front entrance, the middle green space, and the “tot lot”. Please notify the landscaping committee immediately of any issues in these areas. That may include broken sprinklers, downed trees, or unsafe conditions.
